OBITUARIES
Thomas
Irvin Hollon, age 86, of Bradfordsville, died Friday, August
22.
Survivors
include:
4
sons, Terry Hollon of Lebanon, David Hollon of Campbellsville,
William Hollon of Alabama, and Thomas Hollon of Mississippi.

daughter, Sandra Mitchell of Campbellsville.

step-daughter, Sue Ann Stafford of Bradfordsville.

sisters, Prudie Hollon and Nancy Morgeson, both of Bradfordsville.
Twelve
grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives
and friends also survive.
Funeral
services will be at 11:30 AM Tuesday, August 26, at Campbell-DeWitt
Funeral Home with burial in the Lebanon National Cemetery with
military honors provided by the Marion County Veterans Honor
Guard. Visitation is after 5:00 PM Monday at the funeral home.
Mary
Leona Newton, age 95, of Loretto, died Thursday, August
21.
Survivors
include:
3
daughters, Cheryl Busch of Jeffersonville, IN, Doris Meador of
Frankfort, and Margaret Slayton of Magnolia.
1
son, Stuart Newton of Loretto.

Grandchildren, 16 Great Grandchildren, and 1 Great Great
Granddaughter also survive.
The
Funeral Mass will be held at 11 AM on Monday, August 25 at the Holy
Cross Catholic Church. Visitation will be held from 2 PM till
8 PM on Sunday at Mattingly Funeral Home in Loretto. Vigil
will begin at 5 PM on Sunday.
Dorothy
Graham, age 53, of Lebanon, died Thursday (Aug. 21).
Survivors include:
husband: George Graham of Lebanon
2 sons: James and John Graham both of Lebanon
1 brother and 1 sister: Finus Heistand and Mary Fair both of
Campbellsville
Funeral services will be held at 11am Monday at Campbell-DeWitt
Funeral Home with burial in the Green River Memorial Baptist Church
Cemetery. Visitation after 5pm Sunday afternoon at Campbell-DeWitt
Funeral Home.

Wesley Riley,
age 70, of Lebanon, died Wednesday (Aug. 20).
Survivors include:
4 sons: Gregory W. Riley of Bradfordsville, Gerald Thomas Riley of
Loretto and Todd Lee Riley and Gary Lynn Riley both of Lebanon
6 daughters: Patricia Ann Riley of Louisville, Wanda Kay Riley,
Jackie Lynch, Susie Riley, and Hope Flowers all of Lebanon, and
Sherry Pressgrove of Iowa
2 sisters: Sarah Jefferies of Lebanon, Virginia May Merrill of Fern

Funeral services will be held at 1pm Saturday at Bosley Funeral Home
with interment in the Pleasant Run Cemetery. Visitation will be on
Friday at 4pm at Bosley Funeral Home.
Winifred
"Gracie" Gorley,
age 84, of Lebanon, died Thursday (Aug. 21).
Survivors include:
1 daughter: Deborah McCarty of Lebanon
2 sons: James H. Gorley of Gravel Switch and Kerry "Rusty"

9 grandchildren - Jim, Brian, Matt, Kerry and Kelly Gorley, Megan

Funeral services will be held at 11am Saturday at Wilder Funeral
Home in Perryville with burial in the Elder Cemetery. Visitation
will be Friday from 5pm-8pm at the funeral home.
William
Leslie "Bill" Keene, age 90, of Bardstown, died
Wednesday (Aug. 20).
Survivors include:

3 daughters: Mary Keene of Bardstown, Connie Goodman of Florida,

1 son: Les Keene of Bardstown
1 brother: Bernard "Bernie" Keene of Bardstown

Funeral services will be held on Saturday (Aug. 23) at 3pm at the
Greenwell-Houghlin-Northside Funeral Home with burial in the St.
Joseph Cemetery. Visitation after 11am Saturday at the funeral home
until the time of the services. Expressions of sympathy may take the
form of contributions to the Sisters of Charity at Nazareth,
Bethlehem High School or to Hosparus of Louisville.

Catholic Church wit burial in the Holy Cross Cemetery. Visitation
from 2-9pm Thursday at Mattingly Funeral Home in Loretto with a
vigil at 6pm Thursday.
