The Court decided to ask the City of Lebanon if they would share the burden of the cost of the lights, with the City paying for the one with in city limits, while the Court picks up the cost for the other. The Magistrates were also hopeful that they may be able to talk to several entities to help reimburse the cost at a later time.
The Court also revisited the issue of E911. As of right now, the Court said they do not have the updated numbers to figure out how much it would cost to find a way to budget or fund it. The Court was in agreement that it was a good system, but without the final figures they could not move formally on the program. After they receive cost estimates, the Court will take up the issue again.
